All pics are actual, and this is the real deal.  Phone is in good shape, I would rate it as a strong 9.5/10.  This is the latest version of the Ascent phone with bluetooth and tri-band support.  It has the RHV-5 engine which supports 850/1900/1800mhz bands.  I also have just recently sent it in to Vertu UK and had it upgraded with the latest 2007 Version software.  Minor micro gray spot on one of the corners of the leather, very minor, shown in pic 5.
